This is the Open Source version of ActiveCollab, a web based project management tool built in PHP & MySQL. ActiveCollab is now a commercialized project management product, but before it was ever commercialized it was open source and licensed under the GPL. We have here provided for you the last open source version of ActiveCollab, version 0.7.1. Here's a screenshot of the program.
